
We’re Hiring a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a warm, organized, and reliable Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate would be comfortable not only with receiving and interacting with guests but also supporting the team with administrative, operational, and programmatic tasks.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 09:30-18:30
Location: Yerevan, Armenia

The Receptionist / Administrative Assistant will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and will also provide general administrative and operational support to the office and leadership team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Welcome and assist guests, visitors, researchers, and partners in a professional and friendly manner

Manage front desk operations and handle incoming calls, correspondence, and general inquiries

Manage general office communication, including one shared email inbox when required

Perform day-to-day administrative tasks for office needs

Support the team with programmatic, research, or other projects, as requested

Help maintain an organized, presentable, and welcoming office environment

Support occasional organizational events, meetings, or guest visits
REQUIREMENTS

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Fluent in Armenian and English; Russian is a strong advantage

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Professional, polite, and service-oriented attitude

Ability to multitask and work independently in a dynamic environment

Comfortable with email, Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, and basic office tools
