POSITION

​

The Project Coordinator is responsible for researching, scheduling, communication, development, reporting, events management, and other tasks related to Artbox creative incubator and accelerator programs and a slate of other programs developed and realized by Armenia’s leading arts foundation Creative Armenia. The Project Coordinator will work closely with the project management team at Creative Armenia

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct thorough research necessary for program implementation

• Assist with the development and execution of the new program and organization-related strategies.

• Assist with content development and its translation into Armenian and English.

• Maintain effective internal and external communication.​ 

• Coordinate the physical and digital event planning and execution. ​ 

• Work closely with the artists and mentors and coordinate their activities. ​ 

• Assist the development and implementation of the program methodologies and materials.

• Assist the team in other relevant aspects of program management.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS 

​

• Demonstrated track record of professional experience working in a similar position.

• Demonstrated excellent communication (both oral and written), interpersonal, and cross-cultural communication skills.

• Fluency in English and Armenian. 

• Working experience in the arts sector is highly preferable. 

• Experience in researching is highly preferable.
